Pastor Sharon: Well, hello, everybody, and welcome to the assembling of ourselves, the gathering of ourselves, together as a church. This is just how God has enabled us, with this worthy platform, to be doing this at this time. We’re so grateful to God, we are so grateful to God that He prepared us for this time, so that we could be ready to minister to you on this digital platform. We thank God for it.
Pastor Christi: Amen.
Pastor Sharon: So today, we, Pastor Christi and I, are here on assignment by Pastor John. Just recently the Lord, well, actually, it’s been a long time coming that the Lord has been giving Pastor Christi revelation knowledge that ties in exactly with what Pastor John and I have been ministering on what the Lord has had us minister on, on “What’s your move for.” For the lack of a better title. I can’t think of a better one, actually. Because the block of revelation that we received before that was called, “I will take the children.” To me, in my heart, this next block of revelation knowledge, is for us to answer the question of God is what is your more for?
We are in a time now of abundant overflow. Where God and Pastor Christi and I were talking about it early on, God will just always make sure we have the more because it’s just who He is. But we have to answer the question to God of what is our more for. As you know, all of the revelation that Pastor John and I have been bringing was birthed out of a prayer time that I was having for Pastor John, from this prophecy. I’m just going to use some of Brother Jerry’s words here. In 2016, Brother Jerry brought a word, “A time of the great breaking loose.” And he said, More and more finances will break loose so my people can do more for the kingdom of God. On the 24th of June 2020, a prophetic word came from the Lord through Brother Jerry to ministers, therefore to Pastor John, so I was taking this word and praying this for Pastor John, “This will be your finest hour, a time when all that see and hear you speak will know that your God is a faithful God. Don’t be surprised when unusual resources come from some unexpected sources. Understand this. This was Jesus’ spirit of prophecies, the Spirit of Jesus speaking through Brother Jerry saying this to us; the church. Understand this, there is no lack of money in the body of Christ, only a lack of obedience, but I am changing that. I am moving upon numerous people right now and they will follow through with what I am instructing them to do.”
Then in January 2021, the Lord speaks to Brother Jerry, and says this, “The main reason for blessing you and causing you to have abundant overflow is not so that you can store it up. But so you can be a blessing and finance the work of God and be involved in this next great move of God. Get this deep down in your spirit now, decree it right now. God is making me His vessel and He will use me to be a distributor of finances in this next Great move of God, don’t miss this move of God.” Right. So that’s that, that’s a very important starting point for us now because as I said earlier on, Pastor Christi, Pastor John asked Pastor Christi to minister her revelations that she has received alongside Pastor John and I, about the church of the Lord Jesus Christ, about our giving and about the authority that that is going to release in the earth for our God and how God is contending for obedience in His church now.
I’m reminded now of that message that Pastor John brought about two Sunday mornings ago, we are an “At once people.” When God speaks to us about anything in our giving, anything in our lives actually “We are an at once people.” We say, “Yes, Lord, at once.” And that is what God is requiring of us now, if God is going to be able to have His way in the earth now, through the church.
Pastor Christi: That’s right, that’s right. Pastor Sharon.
Pastor Sharon: Yeah. So in this message that Pastor John and I brought on the 28th of May before we go into other things, I just had it in my heart, to remind us all that God spoke to us and said, “Don’t store up treasures here on earth.” He said that in Matthew 6:19 and 20. Don’t store up treasures here on earth. In other words, make your investments with your treasures in heaven. Let that be your primary heart-thrust and mindset. Let it be your first.
He is teaching us here how to seek first the kingdom, how to build with Him, how to allow Him to have access to all of our treasures, here on earth. How to count and esteemed treasures on earth very lightly and hold onto them very loosely. He is teaching us and transforming us to be like Christ on the earth. When He walked the earth in His days when He walked the earth, He had no care about anything – about storing up any kind of treasures on earth. He had come to earth for a purpose, of His birth. This is God forming Christ in us now through scriptures and through the revelation that He is bringing to us now through Pastor John, through myself and the revelations that God is bringing to you. Pastor John wants these three messages that you brought in Joburg to come to all of us again. Right.
He is training us through scripture to come out of the worldly way of thinking – the worldly way of thinking; I’ve got to have more, I’ve got to have more, I’ve got to get more for myself. My investment portfolios have to get bigger. Even though I am making more, my more is for myself, I must have bigger for myself. God is saying, “This is not the way My sons and daughters ought to be thinking.” Right, I can’t go through this whole message again because we’ve got too many things to go through. So, just a reminder, that God shows us very clearly in Scripture in Luke 21 that God doesn’t only look at what we have, He looks at what we keep for ourselves.
Pastor Christi: Oh yes.
Pastor Sharon: He sees what we keep for ourselves and He knows why we are holding on, to what we are holding onto. He knows the motives of our hearts. He is endeavouring now in this local church to bring scripture after scripture, after scripture to see if there are any hearts in Heritage of Faith that will allow the scriptures to pierce and penetrate, to change; to bring about great change in our thinking and in our actions, in our lifestyle.
Pastor Christi: Absolutely.
Pastor Sharon: Because He has a need of a people like this now in the earth. So I am finishing up our reminder here Pastor Christi. God is really challenging us to transfer our wealth into eternity. He is giving us an opportunity now. It’s a serious word that God is bringing to at this time. It’s a serious moment, and He is wanting us to be free of the system so that He can bring the wealth of eternity, the wealth of heaven, the wealth of what God owns in the earth which is all of the wealth of the earth. He wants to transfer it to us, but before He can transfer it to us, He’s got to know that we have transferred our heart to heaven.
This abundant overflow is for those that are going to make the switch in their hearts now – we will sum it up with this last scripture. Jesus was not trying to bankrupt the rich young ruler by saying, “Give Me everything. Give everything and come now and join Me, and come follow Me now with My purposes on the earth right now.” He was taking him, this is very, very important. He was wanting to take him into another realm – a spirit realm of occupation in the kingdom of God. God was going to show him what true wealth He could bring to him, but He needed to have his whole heart first. That is what God is saying to us at Heritage of Faith, the local churches, those people that are planted here; those people that are positioned here by God around Pastor John on assignment with Pastor John. That’s what He is saying to us now as a people and He is bringing scripture after scripture to us to see whose hearts will be open to receive and believe and obey.
Pastor Christi: That’s right Pastor Sharon. That’s exactly right.
Pastor Sharon: So, Pastor Christi.
Pastor Christi: This is exactly right Pastor Sharon. God is the same yesterday and today and in the New Testament, in the Old Testament, because of the love in His heart for that young man God is not trying to bankrupt anyone. He’s bringing opportunities to us.
Pastor Sharon: Yes.
Pastor Christi: Planted here, on this assignment with Pastor John exactly in the same way He did that in the Old Testament Pastor Sharon. And you know, you started by reading this word to us that the Holy Spirit brought through Brother Jerry,
Pastor Sharon: Yes.
Pastor Christi: God is just the same. He will always bring us the more.
Pastor Sharon: Always.
Pastor Christi: He loves to do that. He loves to see if He has our hearts that we can do great exploits with God; where He has planted us. And you know Pastor Sharon, there is so many wonderful things tying up here, and we are going to talk about many of them, but the Lord just showed me what happened in the Old Testament, here in Exodus 32. Old Testament, New Testament for us as a people, planted in this Ecclesia. God gives us the more. When the Israelites left Egypt, God was helping them as much as He is helping us today to come out of Babylon, to come out of Egypt – the world system.
You know Pastor Sharon, with these wonderful messages where you and Pastor John started, there was just such a press in my heart and a pull from the Holy Spirit, like you have rightfully said for years, it talks about 20 years being planted here.
Pastor Sharon: Yes.
Pastor Christi: But God did the same for the Israelites, teaching them, training them, Moses telling them about coming out of Egypt, as God is helping us now.
Pastor Sharon: Yes.
Pastor Christi: But you know Pastor Sharon, we know that they received the gold and the silver. I’ve heard so many messages where people said, “You know, they were in the wilderness and they couldn’t use it.” But that is not true Pastor Sharon. You know, God looked at this worthy platform, God step by step are giving Pastor John the surges, and the plan to build with him. The same was true in the Old Testament as well.
Pastor Sharon: Yes.
Pastor Christi: God showed me in Exodus 32 that they had the gold and the silver, but it was already in God’s heart that through the leader Moses, He would build the Tabernacle. But because they didn’t want to listen to God, and they wanted to do what they wanted to do, coming out of the world system – the Egypt of that day. Exodus 32:8 AMPC says: Then they have turned aside quickly out of the way I commanded them; and they have made for themselves a golden calf (Exodus 32:8 AMPC). But today is the same thing. The opportunity given to that young man was for him to not hoard up and just what we’ve been used to doing in the world system ourselves.
Pastor Sharon: Yes, yes.
Pastor Christi: Just get for myself, just more and more for myself and then in that way, we make for ourselves businesses, or the next thing – also a golden calf. But God knows what He wants to build.
Pastor Sharon: Yes.
Pastor Christi: He has those plans ready for Pastor John and the people around him. So, Pastor Sharon, God always has the more for us but He wants to see if He has our hearts.
Pastor Sharon: Yes.
Pastor Christi: If we will build the way He will give the plan – He gave it to Moses and He is giving it to Pastor John. He wants to know if our more is for Him.
Pastor Sharon: That’s right. He wants to know.
Pastor Christi: Yes. He’s the same, He’s the same today.
Pastor Sharon: That’s right and this is just beautiful to me, I just want to actually read it again. Jesus wasn’t trying to bankrupt the rich young ruler, He was wanting to take him into another realm.
Pastor Christi: Yes.
Pastor Sharon: A spirit realm of occupation in the kingdom of God, and God was going to show him what true wealth He could bring to him, but He needed to have his whole heart first.
Pastor Christi: First. First.
Pastor Sharon: He needed to have his whole heart first.
Pastor Christi: Yes, Pastor Sharon.
Pastor Sharon: I am reminded now of a letter that Jesus wrote to the Ecclesia, the church in the book of Revelation where Jesus because Jesus is the Head of the church. He is the One to occupy the chief place and to be pre-eminent and to be first. And I know, I know that, one of your titles of your messages is “God First”.
Pastor Christi: Yes, yes He desires that.
Pastor Sharon: Yes, is God first and He said to the church at Ephesus actually that, “You’ve abandoned your first love.” You don’t love Me first.
Pastor Christi: Yeah. Yeah.
Pastor Sharon: So then He says, repent, He says, “Have a change of mind, have a change of heart, have a change of lifestyle.” And He says, “But if you don’t repent, and you and I’m not your first, then I’m going to remove your lampstand from you, which I’m going to use your capability and capacity for authority and to be a voice in the earth to bring forth My speakings and My sayings and to, to be able to take at this time and have dominion at this time. I’m going to have to remove that from you.”
Pastor Christi: Yes.
Pastor Sharon: “Because you are weak.”
Pastor Christi: Yes.
Pastor Sharon: “You’re weak because you love yourself first. You love your own things first. So you seek for yourself first. I’m not your first.” It’s the principle, you called it that in one of your messages, your second message you brought in Johannesburg. It’s the principle of God being first.
Pastor Christi: That’s right, Pastor Sharon. Absolutely, the principle of God being first.
Pastor Sharon: If you just want to go into some things about the Ecclesia now.
Pastor Christi: Jho, Pastor Sharon.
Pastor Sharon: And how God has need of us to really be the true Ecclesia now in the earth like never before.
Pastor Christi: Like never before Pastor Sharon. You know, after these wonderful years of being planted, all of us in this Ecclesia around Pastor John. Pastor Sharon, we are positioned in a place of answered prayer. God wants to have our hearts first. We, loving Him and I like you so powerfully ministered, I would say the last more than two years, that when it comes to our understanding of first fruits and tithing that we fear God here first. But Pastor Sharon, it’s a wonderful thing to have a greater understanding about the Ecclesia.
Pastor Sharon: Yes, it’s an absolute imperative and it’s our responsibility. It is everybody that is in the local church, Pastor Christi, around Pastor John. It’s our personal responsibility to get the revelation of Ecclesia.
You have no excuse to not get the revelation of Ecclesia. If you’re planted in this church, and God has called you here, you have no excuse. Because there has been teaching after teaching after teaching after year, after year and now it’s time where God is calling for the fruit. He wants the fruits of this revelation knowledge that is being taught on the Ecclesia, He wants the Ecclesia that He wants, He must have the Ecclesia that He must have right now. Because it has to be a voice in the earth.
Pastor Christi: That is right Pastor Sharon.
Pastor Sharon: For His purposes and His time.
Pastor Christi: For His purposes and His time. Pastor Sharon, I was talking to someone I would say about six months ago, and this person is really pressing for everything that God has for them as a family. I said to this person, exactly what you’ve said, it’s your responsibility and my responsibility, the teachings that we have received over these years to understand the Ecclesia, we have it. We are all without excuse if we do not understand what the ecclesia means, because God brought it to us.
Pastor Sharon, many of us, I’m one of those people, that that’s why 20 years ago when God planted us here, and how wonderful how God is planting all of us here, and bringing, and God will continue to add to the church, but all of us here around Pastor John, most of us come like I do from a background, Pastor Sharon where, where the church is weak.
Actually I had no understanding about the Ecclesia before being planted here. Because Pastor Sharon, in one Corinthians 4, 15, In the New King James, the Word of God says, 15For though you might have ten thousand instructors [teachers] in Christ, yet you do not have many fathers; for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel (I Corinthians 4:15 NKJV). And the Old Testament, Isaiah three Pastor Sharon, is saying the same thing.
When people go to church for the reasons that they want to go to church, and not making Jesus their first, ‘I go to church and just bless me Lord’, just I want, ‘but I’m not really listening to what You are saying to the churches, what You are writing and saying to the Pastor of the church, then in the Old Testament, and Isaiah, God did the same thing. The Lord says, 1For behold, the Lord, the Lord of hosts, Takes away from Jerusalem and from Judah The stock and the store, The whole supply of bread and the whole supply of water; 2The mighty man and the man of war, The judge and the prophet, He goes on to say in verse four, 4I will give children to be their princes, And babes shall rule over them (Isaiah 3:4 NKJV).
Pastor Sharon, to say that I come out of a background where I cannot even say that I was in a weak Ecclesia, listening to tapes and audiobooks, but when God plants you, and you come to church, and you want to hear what God is saying, He gives us spiritual fathers, and spiritual leaders teaching us. That’s why it’s such a wonderful thing to be planted here with Pastor John, we are getting the training, the teaching, to understand church. But then, of course, all the other things that is so important for our lives, so Pastor Sharon, we have we have this teaching in our church to understand what the Ecclesia is how the Ecclesia works, not just people assembling on a Sunday like you have said, to come and sing a few songs and listen to a message and go home. Oh, no, no, no, Pastor Sharon, no, no, no, no, it’s not.
Pastor Sharon: Jesus is not the head of something so weak. His Church is the most powerful institution in the earth. His church is supposed to be occupying and rising up; His Ecclesia.
Pastor Christi: That’s right, Pastor Sharon. Yes, and to listen to the messages that God has given to Pastor John and to you. That is very, very important. And you know, Pastor Sharon, I just want to me and Pastor John, two weeks ago, we have touched on this on Matthew ten. We will still speak quite a bit about that when Jesus was sending out the 12 apostles Pastor Sharon and it’s Matthew chapter 10, verse five. Jesus is sending out the 12 apostles.
What is so powerful here is – and we will still talk about that – He has sent them out without a money belt. But He said this, He has sent them in verse 11, 11Now whatever city or town you enter… (Matthew 10:11 NKJV). This is very powerful, He jumps to, just let me see here. Oh, to verse eight. Let me go back. He’s saying to them, these messengers that He authorised to a local place, a city, a town where He’s sending them. Verse eight says, He says, Go and 8Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, so freely give. (Matthew 10:8, NKJV).
So, Jesus authorised them with messages, and they bring messages and of course, the blessings into a place for where people are planted in the ecclesia – all the places where God decides where Jesus will decide that. Pastor Sharon and then this is very, very important. Verse 14 says, 14And whoever will not receive you nor hear your words, your messages, then judgment will come Pastor Sharon because He says, then you’ve got to shake off the dust from your feet (Matthew 10:14, NKJV).
The point I want to make here – we all come from places where church is very weak. People actually have no understanding about the Ecclesia. But not in this place. That’s why Pastor Sharon, you know, when, was it 10 years already ago that you’ve started to minister, and that’s why it’s part of this, Deuteronomy 12.
Pastor Sharon: Yes.
Pastor Christi: The place that God is choosing for you, to plant you. There you bring your offerings, and we’re talking about the kingdom plans of God for finances. So in that place, you say, in that place you pray, in that place you give, because God sends these leaders with the messages so that we can be trained, that we can understand the ways of God. That we can be a strong church, in that local place where God is putting us. Why? We come with the supply of the Spirit – every single one of us here comes with the supply of the Spirit. So that when we are planted, and we are in one mind and one heart, then through Pastor John and that authority that God is giving him and then, therefore, to us, we can do mighty exploits and things in the place where God is planting us, Pastor Sharon.
Pastor Sharon: That’s right.
Pastor Christi: Very, very powerful things that we can do. Because we are going to look at these Scriptures in a short while because there, as you have shared with us, when we pray so powerfully in Prayer Connect on a Tuesday and we come together, praying in the Spirit. Our Spirit language is full of legalities.
Pastor Sharon: Yes, because the Advocate Who lives in us is giving us the legal utterances.
Pastor Christi: Yes, that’s right Pastor Sharon. And you have put it for us in this beautiful book about prayer. But listen, it’s on our website. So many of the documents and the teachings that you already and Pastor John ministered about the Ecclesia. Because we are a body of believers who are citizens of Heaven and are called to do business for God in the earth. That’s what happens when we come on a Sunday and a Tuesday every time we assemble.
Every time we assemble Pastor Sharon and against them, you powerfully ministered about Matthew 16, verse 18, where Jesus is building the Church according to His ways. Against them, the gates of hell cannot prevail (Matthew 16:18). Where they, Deuteronomy 12, Matthew 10, all these places where God is planting us – when we assemble, when we pray, when we say, and when we… and we will talk about that and when we give, the gates of hell cannot prevail against a body of believers in a local place and we will go there again. It’s the time for the local church.
You shared with us Pastor Sharon what local means, what local means. It’s very important. To be positioned, placed and confined, appointed to a particular part of the body. This is who we are, pertaining to a place and a people. To do business for God in the earth, to change things in the earth, Pastor Sharon.
Pastor Sharon: Yes, God can take a city with a true Ecclesia.
Pastor Christi: That’s right. He can take a city Pastor Sharon, and He’s going to do that.
Pastor Sharon: And then if He can take a city, if He can save a city so the judgment doesn’t come. Because Babylon is fallen, Pastor Christi. It’s fallen. It will never rise up again. It’s one of the things that the Lord said to me at the beginning of lockdown. He said to me, “Things will never go back to what they were – ever.” This is the beginning of the end. Babylon is fallen.
Pastor Christi: It’s true Pastor Sharon. It is the beginning of the end. It is very serious.
Pastor Sharon: It’s the beginning of the end. God is wrapping things up and He needs His Ecclesia to be what it’s supposed to be now. That’s why God’s been speaking to us about, “Give Me your children. Give Me your, give Me, give, give Me, give Me first…”
Pastor Christi: Give Me first.
Pastor Sharon: Give them to Me first. Now He is saying, “Give Me access to your heart, first – when it comes to your wealth and your possessions and your money, give Me first.” And if we will adhere to this principle where God is first, He is going to be able to exercise authority through us in the earth and the gates of hell will not prevail against us. We will prevail against it. But if we are living in the world’s system in those hellish principles then we cannot be a people in authority. We are a people weakened and overtaken and overwhelmed by the Egyptian Babylonian world system.
Pastor Christi: Absolutely, weakened and this is the New Testament Exodus. So this is the beginning of the end.
Pastor Sharon: It is the beginning of the end.
Pastor Christi: What you shared in the beginning, Pastor Sharon – the opportunities and that opportunity that God brought to that young man, is what God is bringing to us.
Pastor Sharon: Yes, He is bringing it to us now. At once, now.
Pastor Christi: At once, at once. “Choose Me with your whole heart now.” “Give Me everything so that you can be part of these eternal victories and rewards that Jesus the head of the Church, will now bring to a people that will say, “We choose You first. We want You, we want You Lord Jesus.” Pastor John, you know Pastor Sharon, has brought 2 Corinthians 6 to us: “I’m Your God, be My people, be My people, choose Me. I have that opportunity for that young man but I have got this opportunity for all of you.” For all of us, for all of us, “Choose Me like this.” “Give Me your whole heart. Fear Me here first, with your first fruits.” We will talk about that and your tithes and all your offerings and where you are planted, being one mind, one heart as a people, but choose Me first.”
Pastor Sharon, you know it’s wonderful too and I know all of us are doing this, we are in the messages but God has these eternal rewards. That’s why He doesn’t want us to hoard up here. He doesn’t want us to continue hoarding up and taking the ‘more’ for ourselves. He wants to change things in our cities. He wants our money, our prayer life, everything about us, to have that voice in the Ecclesia so that God can show what He wants to do in the earth right now.
Pastor Sharon: And you know, that was very powerful for me, your first message that you brought in Johannesburg that you will need to go into some of it with Pastor John. Your first message was, ‘Your Money Has a Voice’.
Pastor Christi: Oh yes. That’s right Pastor Sharon.
Pastor Sharon: It speaks, what a people in an Ecclesia do with their money, speaks in the heavenlies it speaks in the realm of the Spirit. It affects and impacts a city.
Pastor Christi: A city, Pastor Sharon. A city, because why, we spoke about that and I know we will share more about that but the Ecclesia is government, it’s judicial, it’s to legislate on His behalf so when you are planted in that local place where God is planting people together, like for us here with Pastor John. Pastor Sharon, we affect everything that we have jurisdiction over, everything.
Pastor Sharon: That’s right.
Pastor Christi: And of course God is teaching and training us all the time but He has got us in this position of answered prayer because Pastor John and you obeyed God, when He said, “Build Me a house of prayer,” but you have explained it beautifully – that’s a house of parliament.
Pastor Sharon: That’s right.
Pastor Christi: So when God started to show me these things and highlight it. He said to me, “Christi, it’s so wonderful that every time Pastor John and Sharon,” when you taught about that, I mean, that’s why we can walk in the Light but He is bringing more Light, and He said to me, “Yes so when you pray, that’s a house of parliament, you legislate when you come together and I’m changing things in the Nation and when you pray for your president.”
But that’s when He started to show me more about James chapter 5, Pastor Sharon. He said, “So you need to understand, it’s not only when you are praying, it’s also what you are doing with your money.” Pastor Sharon, it was very profound to me and I’m going to read it.
Pastor Sharon: Yes. We have to go there now.
Pastor Christi: We have to go there, Pastor Sharon. James 5. It was profound in the way God showed it to me personally. He said to me, “Christi, what you are giving and what you are keeping, is speaking and you cannot get away from that, you cannot get away from that.” You cannot be a believer that says, “Oh Lord, but I’m finding out about these things but I don’t want my money to speak like that.” No, it’s already speaking like that.
Pastor Sharon: It’s already speaking. Everything that you’ve ever done with your money in the past, what you are presently doing with your money, what you are thinking about your money, how you are operating with your money, is already speaking. It’s been speaking your whole life. It has a voice. James is quite clear on that.
Pastor Christi: Clear and you know, Pastor Sharon, this all started when you and Pastor John started to bring the next block of messages. The moment you did that, the Lord started as I’m in the messages myself He just started to open this up for me and He took Me to James 5:1.
And God says, 1Come now, you rich, weep and howl for your miseries that are coming upon you! 2Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are moth-eaten. Verse 3. 3Your gold and silver are corroded, and their corrosion will be a witness against you (James 1:1-3 NKJV). When I got to that the Lord said to me, “So, Christi, we are talking about the Ecclesia here.” It is God’s government; it’s judicial; it’s to legislate. So, and Pastor Sharon, I remember last year in lockdown, when you started to bring us those messages that was so powerful. I just praise God in it and for it still today. I’m still in it that where God says, “Come boldly. Enter boldly into the Holy of Holies by the blood.” Now, that’s to the throne of God the judge. So, He said to me, “Witness here, in the Ecclesia.” And we come into the throne of God, the judge of the whole earth in Genesis 18 where He spoke to Abraham. God said to me, “Christi, that’s a judicial term.”
Pastor Sharon: That’s right.
Pastor Christi: You cannot get away from this. He says, “What you are hoarding up; whatever your ‘more for’ in the past was, where you’ve spent it on yourself, or you are heeding the messages that I’m bringing either way, it testifies.” It’s already there. And then the Lord said to me when you and Pastor John started to bring this block of messages, He says, “Christi, I’m after one thing. I want My people to hear what God is saying so that God can purify our hearts.”
Pastor Sharon: Oh, Father.
Pastor Christi: Pastor Sharon, He wants to purify our hearts, that we can see how He’s helping us to come out of the world system.
Pastor Sharon: Yes.
Pastor Christi: That’s why He’s showing us these things, so that we can repent and change.
Pastor Sharon: Yes.
Pastor Christi: It’s what He’s after. Pastor Sharon, if I may continue to read.
Pastor Sharon: Please.
Pastor Christi: He says so this corrosion of whatever we chose up until now. Pastor Sharon, you can only imagine – I have started to repent. And, Pastor Sharon, I will not stop because I’m just so grateful message after message. And what a wonderful place to be with our Heavenly Father, Pastor Sharon.
Pastor Sharon: What a wonderful place to be.
Pastor Christi: That’s not something to run away from. When we come to our Heavenly Father, because we fall on the blood – Hebrews 10, it’s such a close place to be with our Father. He’s faithful and just to forgive us. So, I just want to share that with all of you. God wants to purify our hearts because He wants us to come out of Babylon. His judgement is not to condemn us, no, but to help us. To bring forth righteousness in our living and in our choosing.
Pastor Sharon: Yes.
Pastor Christi: That’s why God is bringing all these messages to us. And we love our Heavenly Father because He’s not going to stop doing that. He’s bringing us all the messages so that we can repent and keep on changing. Because, we are going to go back to James 5. It says, this 3Corrosion will be a witness against you and will eat your flesh like fire. You have heaped up treasure in the last days. And you (Pastor Sharon) read to us from the New Testament. God says, “Don’t do that. Don’t heap up for yourself. Get treasures for yourself in heaven.” Meaning, “Listen to what I’m saying,” our Lord Jesus is saying, “I know how to build with Pastor John. I know what I’m going to do next. I know why I will tell you to give this and to do that because I want you to be part of these eternal rewards.”
This is Ecclesia changing a city for everything that you are standing for. We are going to talk about that – why we can affect a city, Pastor Sharon, and therefore a nation.
I just want to keep on reading in James 5, Pastor Sharon, because there are weighty matters that God is also adding here.
Pastor Sharon: That’s right. Please continue.
Pastor Christi: We will talk about all those weighty matters. In verse 4 He says, 4Indeed the wages of the labourers who mowed your fields, which you kept back by fraud, cry out; and the cries of the reapers have reached the ears of the Lord. (James 5:1-4 NKJV) Now, Pastor Sharon, we’re not just talking about people here, working for you. It’s not what the Word is saying here.
Pastor Sharon: No. This is not the labourer that is cleaning your house. I mean, it’s the least that you should be doing that.
Pastor Christi: That’s the least. That’s the least.
Pastor Sharon: That’s the least – taking care of employees.
Pastor Christi: Correct. These are the ones that we read in Matthew 10 where God says, “I’m sending out the apostles. I’m sending out the spiritual leaders. Giving them the authority to bring messages.”
Pastor Sharon: They are the labourers. They are crying out to God. “God, You are expecting us to do this. You are asking us to build like this for You. You are saying this. As labourers our cries are going right into the ears of God.”
Pastor Christi: Right into His ears.
Pastor Sharon: That’s right. I’ve got a couple of scriptures here.
Pastor Christi: Yes. Wonderful. Yes, these are the labourers, Pastor Sharon. These are the labourers. Correct. Ja, while you are looking for it, that’s why God says, “You take no money belt with you. So, now you are keeping their wages back.”
Pastor Sharon, I just smiled. I had that moment with the Lord, He said to me, “Christi, so, I said, they might take no money belt with them,” but freely give; bring the message, heal the sick, bring the blessings. And the Lord said to me, “So do you think in a money belt there is a car? Do you think in a money belt there’s a house?” He says, “No.” He says, “No.” “That’s why I’m blessing you with these gifts unto us the gifts in the body of Christ.” But God said they may not go with the money belt. That means there’s nothing in that, and they can’t take anything with them. That’s now talking to us around Pastor John. You are keeping back the things, that’s supposed to go to these labourers, Pastor Sharon?
Pastor Sharon: That’s right. That’s right. 3You’re golden and silver corroded, and their corrosion will be a witness against you and will eat your flesh like fire (James 5:3 NKJV). I mean, there’s going to be absolutely no joy for anyone that’s not going to repent right now.
Pastor Christi: That’s right Pastor Sharon.
Pastor Sharon: Because the degree to which Babylon is fallen. I’m telling you, it’s going to eat your flesh. Babylon will eat your flesh. And you 3have heaped up treasures in the last days (James 5:3 NKJV). Actually, your treasures should be for the last days, for God, like Brother Jerry said.
You should be financing the move of God now. And 4the wages of the labourers who mowed your fields, which you keep back by fraud, cry out (James 5:4 NKJV). And this is the labourers, 1 Corinthians 15, 10, 10But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all (1 Corinthians 15:10 NKJV). 28Him we preach, Colossians 1:28, and proclaim, warning and admonishing everyone and instructing. We’ve been doing this for 20 years (Colossians 1:28 NKJV).
Pastor Christi: For 20 years.
Pastor Sharon: The perfect period of waiting is over now. God is bringing changes for us to go into this New Era. For the abundance overflow, to be for Him and for Him to have access to our hearts at any time. 28Instructing everyone, and that we may present every person mature… 29for this our labour [unto weariness] (Colossians 1:28 AMPC).
1 Timothy 5, 17, 17Let the elders who perform the duties of the office be considered doubly worthy of honour [of adequate financial support], especially those who labour faithfully in preaching and teaching (1 Timothy 5:17 AMPC). Who is Apollos and what is Paul? And it talks about the labourers, and so, you know, this is a very big deal to God.
Pastor Christi: Pastor Sharon, this is a very serious part of what God showed me. The Lord said to me, for us here 20 years with Pastor John, this is a very serious matter. That’s when we go back to Matthew 10. That’s why God said and I will tell them to shake off the dust of their feet. This is something that God takes. He doesn’t take it lightly Pastor Sharon. We as a congregation need to understand that we have to evaluate our own hearts before God on this matter. Because if you, up until now, did not understand what we are talking about here, the seriousness of the Ecclesia., then like Pastor Sharon said, there’s not one of us in this church who have an excuse.
We are the people, we are the households, we in Witbank and in Johannesburg and Lenasia and in Diepsloot, we are the households and the cities that God brought Pastor John to us. So, Pastor Sharon, this is because God says, “Keeping back from what must go to Pastor John, to these labourers are crying out and it’s reaching the ears of God.”
This is how God works. He is helping us. He’s teaching us, He’s training us. But Pastor Sharon, we cannot find ourselves in a Matthew 10 situation. We cannot find ourselves in a Matthew chapter 10 situation. I just want to read it, as we go back to Matthew chapter 10 verse 14, 14and whoever will not receive you know nor hear your words, when you depart from that house or that city, shake off the dust from your feet (Matthew 10:14 NKJV). So, Pastor Sharon, what’s happening here? Judgment.
Pastor Sharon: Yes, in fact, now it’s happening after 20 years. Because for God the perfect period for Pastor John to wait for things, is over. There’s no more waiting for things. God’s going to ensure that Pastor John gets everything that he is supposed to get. But who he gets it from is going to directly impact the people that have been around Pastor John. Whether they are going to hold on, or whether they’re going to see this as an opportunity for investing into their eternity. God will get to Pastor John now what must come to him.
Pastor Christi: Yes Pastor Sharon, He will. And we cannot be like that rich young man that is missing our opportunity here. We cannot. And back to James 5, Pastor Sharon, every single one of us, we find ourselves in James 5:1. What are we doing with our… What is our more for? And still Pastor Sharon, in this wonderful time that we will be together, we are even going to talk about deeper things. Because there’s a grace for a place. We’ve prayed it on Tuesday evening with you again, there’s a grace for every gift in this church, a place for every gift. And as we grow and as we walk with God, the training comes to us to understand the word of God about all subjects, but especially also about what God says about finances. Because, you know, Pastor Sharon we started there this morning, to say that God is the same yesterday and today. He always, He loves to bless His people. He started with a blessing in Genesis, He will always bring increase to His people. But then God wants to know, what are you going to choose? Will He be first in your understanding? And we will get there about first fruits and tithes and offerings. Will He be first? Will we come to give Him what God wants us to give in the ways that He’s very specific in His Word. But Pastor Sharon He’s not going to work the way we plan. He’s very specific in His Word, how to go about this.
Pastor Sharon: His Kingdom economics is very clear.
Pastor Christi: It’s very clear, and we do find ourselves, and I know in a short while we’re going to talk about Genesis 18, Pastor Sharon, where Abraham had a wonderful opportunity as a friend of God to talk about the city of Sodom and Gomorrah. But the same thing happened in Genesis 18 Pastor Sharon that’s happening in James five. The cries, the things that the people chose in that city, that outcry reached the ears of God. It’s not any different what’s happening here in James five, Pastor Sharon.
Pastor Sharon: It’s no different, it’s the same cries of the labourers that go up to God.
Pastor Christi: That goes up to God. It is and that’s why I say this is a very, very serious thing for us to understand that, that we have to get out of Babylon. Otherwise, we will perish with the world system.
Pastor Sharon: That’s right.
Pastor Christi: This is God’s love in His messages that’s coming to us to purify our hearts to see, to see how we must repent, all of us, and how we can walk with God in this way.
Pastor Sharon: Oh, it’s wonderful Pastor Christi, I’m so looking forward to the next, you know, us continuing with this, but I just wanted to finish off with this again, just finish off with this. He’s wanting us to be free of the system of Babylon. He was wanting us to come out so that He can bring the wealth of what God owns in the earth, which is all the wealth of the earth. He wants to transfer it to us. But before He can transfer it to us, He’s got to know that we’ve transferred our heart to heaven.
Pastor Christi: Hallelujah. Yes, Hallelujah.
Pastor Sharon: That’s a choice that we all make, and we make it at once. Hallelujah.
Pastor Christi: At once, Yes, Hallelujah. We fear God first here. Yes, Pastor Sharon.
Pastor Sharon: With not wanting to hold onto our children out of fear, out of whatever and not wanting to hold on to our stuff out of fear out of pride, pride of what we’ve accumulated for ourselves. Look, what we’ve got. It’s a very big heart change now.
Pastor Christi: It’s a big heart change now, Pastor Sharon because we have been impacted by Babylon. Jho Pastor Sharon we have been impacted. God is in all of these messages helping us to see how much.
Pastor Sharon: I thank God, that we are coming free through scripture that we don’t have to anymore have this thinking that we chase like the gentiles do and now I’ve got more, I can build more I can get bigger barns. I can do more. We really can be free, as a people and let God show us how good He can be to us. How good He really can be to us. He really can be completely outside of the world system.
Pastor Christi: That’s right Pastor Sharon. That’s right, completely outside the world system.
Pastor Sharon: I think we should pray for the people.
Well, Father, we pray for you now. We bless you. And we thank you for the Word and the blood of Jesus that surrounds you. We thank you for your most excellent health, that you will continue with your fighting talk, that you will continue to shout recover, recover to your body. To whatever symptoms you have on your body, that you will, you will declare your recovery and your restoration of divine health and healing in your body in Jesus’ name, and to and divine recovery of provision and prosperity in your life in Jesus’ name.
