Well, excellent news; Pastor John and Pastor Sharon will be with us next week. Thank You, Lord Jesus. Praise You, Lord Jesus. They must go. They must go where they must go and we will always bless them. But I always say to Pastor Lynn, “Pastor Lynn, I have faith. I have faith. You’re going to live long.” We have faith Pastor John and Sharon will be back quickly. Hallelujah. Praise the Lord.
Pastor John asked me to make this important announcement. Next Sunday after the church service, we will have a short break, come back, have Message Moments very quickly after the church service. It will not be live streamed. And we ask you that no private recordings will be done. Next Sunday, an important day for us. Hallelujah. Praise the Lord.
Well, thank you for that prayer this morning. I’m in full agreement with that, with all of you. The title of my message this morning is, The Crossover; wisdom for instruction and correction. I did not make it part of my title, but it is part two from where we have started.
Please open your Bibles at Proverbs, chapter four, verse four to nine and I’m in The Living Bible. Hallelujah. I know they’re going to put the scripture up. Can I ask you right now, will you put your hand on your heart and say; Lord Jesus, help me? Let Scripture speak to me today. I ask You, help me, to check my heart today. Amen. I just really want to say this to all of you today; I have already checked my heart and I’m hearing the Word of God again, even when preparing it. It was important moments for me checking my own heart before the Lord. Pastor John and Pastor Sharon, they do the same thing. The Word of God is for all of us today. Verse four, Wisdom is talking. 4 He told me never to forget his words. “If you follow them,” he said, “you will have a long and happy life. 5 Learn to be wise,” he said, “and develop good judgment and common sense! I cannot overemphasize this point.” 6 Cling to Wisdom; the old King James says, get Wisdom. She will protect you. Love Wisdom, Wisdom will guard you. Verse seven, listen to this, 7 Getting Wisdom is the most important thing that you can do! And with your wisdom, develop common sense and good judgment. 8 If you exalt Wisdom, Wisdom will exalt you. Hold her fast, Wisdom will lead you to great honor. 9 She will place a beautiful crown upon your head (Proverbs 4:4-9 TLB).
Lets go to Proverbs, chapter two please. Is it possible to put the scriptures on this morning? Thank you, guys. And we’re again in The Living Bible. Proverbs 2:1, 1 Every young man who listens to Me says Wisdom and obeys My instructions will be given wisdom and good sense. 3 Yes, if you want better insight and discernment and are searching for them as you would for lost money or a hidden treasure, 4 then wisdom will be given you a knowledge of God himself. 5 You will soon learn the importance of reverence for the Lord, and this part is also very important, and trusting Him. Verse six, 6 For the Lord grants wisdom. His every Word is a treasure of knowledge and understanding. 7 He grants good sense to the godly – His saints. 8 He is the shield protecting them and guiding their pathway. 9 He shows how to distinguish right from wrong, how to find the right decision every time. 10 For Wisdom and truth will enter the very center of your being, filling your life with joy (Proverbs 2:1-10 TLB). Hallelujah.
On the third of March, Pastor John shared with us; God has been bringing some correction to us in talking about crossing over and Ecclesia economy. Please go to Second Timothy, the third chapter. You will also remember while you’re going there and once again, we are going to put up the scriptures. I’m reading from the New King James. Just before Pastor John left for America, it was the message of the 21st of April. Pastor John really went deeper into correction and what it means. And Pastor John shared this scripture with us. So we are going to recap a little bit.
The New King James, I’m reading from verse 14, 14 But you and me today, and that’s why I have said we are saying this to the Lord, you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them. Verse 15, listen to how beautiful it is, 15 and that from my and your childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise. Get wisdom, the Holy Scriptures that are able to make you and me wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. Verse 16, very important for today. 16 All Scripture this Holy Scripture able to make you and me wise is given by inspiration of God. For what? And I am really going to ask you right now, I want you to look at the four words there, mark them in your Bible. But this is very important. For what? The Holy Scripture is profitable for doctrine, that you may understand the Word of God, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that you will be complete (2 Timothy 3:14-17 NKJV).
Do you agree with me this morning? It is wonderful to receive instruction from the Lord. Please keep up verse 16 for me, thank you. Doctrine, reproof, instruction and correction. Do you agree with me this morning, it is wonderful to receive instruction from the Lord? But do you also agree with me, correction is stronger than instruction? And then God says, sometimes you and me need reproof. Reproof is stronger than correction. We see that, Lord.
Let’s read the same passage from The Passion Translation. I like how Pastor John gave it to us the last time. 15 Remember what you were taught from your childhood from the Holy Scrolls, which can impart to you wisdom that can make you wise, to experience everlasting life through the faith of Jesus, the Anointed One!” 16 Every Scripture that has been inspired by the Holy Spirit, and He’s been bringing it to you and me, the very breath of the Continuous Perfect State of Love, His breath is coming to you and me. It will empower you by its instruction and correction (2 Timothy 3:15-16 TPT). Pastor John helped us. It will empower you and me by instruction and through correction. Pastor John started with us and he said; The Word of God, which imparts wisdom, is going to do those four things. Bring doctrine and understanding, correction and reproof. It will give you power. It will not try to dominate you. Pastor John shared this with us. This is your heart and my heart and our understanding today. You’ve got to check in your own heart if you think that the Word of God and His will will dominate you. Meaning you can’t have your own way. You’ve got to check this.
Also, Pastor John says; this Word of God that’s coming to you and me is to give us everything better in our lives. It’s not trying to show you how bad you are. Very important. It’s here to empower you and me. It’s given by the inspiration of God. Then Pastor John continued; when someone is instructing you – number one on a Sunday in the messages – if someone is instructing you or correcting you, most people’s first instinct is to be defensive. And I’m going to belabour this point today because this is not just a word coming into one ear and out the other. Only you can check your own heart with the Lord today. I had to, and I have to. Every single day I’ve got to do that. Are you defensive?
So Pastor John says; on the inside, some people say it out loud, but people want to say, “I’m not that wrong. Don’t teach me. I can’t be that wrong. I can’t be that bad. Why do you want to correct me?” And oh boy, this one, “You can’t. I do not need that much correction.” Sho! “I’m much more perfect than you think.” Even if you are not saying it with your mouth, that’s what you are thinking on the inside, “I do not need that much correction.” Is God speaking to all of us here today? Oh, yes, because we are little children in our hearts and we want to hear what the Continuous Perfect State of Wisdom is telling us today. Hallelujah.
I wrote here and this is really the essence of how the Holy Spirit led me this week. This is where we are as an Ecclesia. Should we not talk about this? Please go to Proverbs, chapter one, verse one to seven. I’m reading from the New King James. ¹The proverbs of Solomon the son of David, king of Israel: verse 2, ² To know wisdom and instruction, To perceive the words of understanding, look at verse three, ³ To receive the instruction of wisdom. We’re going to talk about that, Justice, judgment and equity; ⁴ to give prudence to the simple, to the young man knowledge and discretion. Verse five, you’ve got to check your heart. I’ve got to check my heart. Verse five, a wise man want to, ⁵A wise man will hear and increase learning. Let’s jump to verse seven, ⁷ The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, But, but, but fools despise wisdom and instruction (Proverbs 1:1-5, 7 NKJV). Verse five says, a wise man wants to hear, will hear and increase in learning. Verse seven says, a fool will despise the very wisdom and instruction coming to them the whole time.
Let’s go back to what Pastor John said, “I can’t be that wrong. I can’t be that bad.” We’re not talking to people that you are working with. We’re not talking to the other family members in your family. It’s you and me today. Why do you want to correct me? I can’t. I don’t need that much correction. I do not need so much instruction. Now, we just read the Bible. The Bible says if that’s happening on the inside of your heart, verse seven says, you are a fool. It’s a fool thinking and it’s a fool speaking. It’s the Word of God here today because a wise man wants to hear and wants to learn.
So this is very, very important. A fool despises the Continuous Perfect State of Wisdom coming to you and me. Sunday after Sunday and in many moments where God says, “You’re crossing over. That circumcision of the heart is still taking place.” That’s where we are with the Lord. Then Pastor John went into it; many people see instruction and correction and reproof as a very negative thing. Many believers are not open to it, they actually get angry. They actually get angry. How dare you correct me? Who are you? All of us. Human nature. Pastor John helped us. And because also of the rebellion. If you can admit the rebellion that’s in your heart, do not like correction, and can sometimes actually get angry when that correction is coming in messages.
So let’s go to Hebrews, chapter 12, verse five, and let’s see what God is saying on this matter. Again, the Living Translation. It’s really beautiful in this translation. Listen to this in verse five, 5 And have you quite forgotten the encouraging words God spoke to you …” Pastor John and Sharon, are they mere messengers? No – sent by God. 5 Have you quite forgotten the encouraging words God spoke to you, his child? He said, “My son, don’t be angry when the Lord punishes you. Don’t be discouraged when He has to show you where you are wrong.” (Hebrews 12:5 TLB). Lord, we hear. Is Scripture speaking this morning? Yes, Lord. Yes, Lord.
Verse six, 6 For when He punishes you, it proves that He loves you. When He whips you, it proves to you that you are really a child of God. 7 Let God train you, for He is doing this because He is a loving father. This is what any loving father does for His children. Whoever heard of a son who was never corrected?” That’s what we want, but that’s not the ways of God. 8 If God doesn’t punish you when you need it, as other fathers punish their sons, then it means that you aren’t really God’s son at all – that you don’t really belong in his family.” (Hebrews 12: 6-8 TLB). Do we belong in His family? Yes. It can be a very easy ‘yes’ that we say this morning. I go back to what I’ve said. I can check my heart and you have to check your heart this morning because it’s the Word of God speaking to us. I’ve just asked them to put verse five on again, 5 My son, all my sons in this Ecclesia, don’t be angry when the Lord punishes you. Don’t be discouraged when He has to show you where you are wrong (Hebrew 12:5 TLB).
Now, just in short, the definition, just a very basic definition for correction is to alter, things must change, to adjust, to put things right. If it’s wrong, it must be corrected. If it’s wrong, it must be corrected. Yes, Lord, that’s what we say. Can we really talk about this this morning? Only you can give that yes in your heart. Can we really talk about this in this Ecclesia? Here is what we’re going to talk about. I’ve got a question for you this morning. Why do we get our feelings hurt so much? Why do we get our feelings hurt so much when the Word of God or something needs to be corrected in our lives? Why must you take it in a hurtful way? Pastor Sharon has ministered about this many times. You have to want the correction of God. You must want to be open for God to come and help you. So another big question just for you, just for me. If you never need any instruction or correction, never, what does that imply? You never need instruction or correction. What does that imply? It implies that you already know everything and that all things are perfect and right in your life. That’s what it implies. You see, here’s the thing. You might be thinking that but should we not talk about it openly in this church? Yes, Lord. Could this be true of any of us here today that already you know everything you need to know and you are doing everything that you’re supposed to think and be doing? No. It can definitely not be said of any of us. Then we will not be honest.
So what do we need then on a regular basis? What must I tell you and what must you tell me? What do we need on a regular basis? Instruction, doctrine, reproof and correction. Lord, we have ears to hear today. Oh, thank You, Holy Spirit.
Why are we so surprised? Why are we so surprised that we need correction? And the Holy Spirit reminded me of this thing. He said to me, “Christi, people are touchy. Very touchy.” Children are touchy. “Mom, don’t tell me that thing, don’t come with that thing.” Husbands and wives can be very touchy. Congregation members, people that you work with, you will come to find out very quickly we cannot talk about this issue. “I’m not open for correction and I am very touchy.” Oh, Lord, You are helping all of us. Thank You, Lord.
Many believers do not think right about this, about instruction and correction in their lives. Many people really think, this is, it sounds very simple when I say it. Many people really think you must not and they do not need correction. Really, many people think like that. They do not think right about this. I’m an adult, I will correct myself. If you don’t even know what you don’t know, how do you want to correct yourself? Especially us coming out of Babylon. We were so impacted and influenced by Babylon. We don’t even know. We don’t even know how much we took part in what Babylon offered us. How can we correct ourselves, if we are thinking nothing is wrong? That’s why I started, the Lord, Wisdom is saying to us, “I have to bring great correction while you are crossing over and always in your life.”
Oh, yes. Now, this one, many people say, “It’s me and Jesus. He will help me.” Oh, yeah, you are so right. That’s why He gave you the fivefold ministry to equip you. He knows exactly, you know, we love Jesus, but it’s time to read what He wrote. And He said before He left, “I give you the fivefold ministry to equip you.”
Please go to Proverbs, chapter one, the third verse, Living Bible. Oh, this is beautiful. I want you to see these words, it’s very important. You and me; receive the instruction of Wisdom. Receive the instruction of the Continuous Perfect State of Wisdom. Instruction; you and me in the messages. We must now understand it’s a vehicle that God is using to minister His wisdom. “I want to give you wisdom, so I’m going to start to give you instruction.” Now, just for a moment, think about it, when you read through the gospels, you see Jesus is preaching, teaching and healing people but the majority of the time He is teaching, He was instructing the people. All the parables, all the teachings must have been very important because if something else was more important, Jesus would have done it more, but He came with doctrine, teaching and instruction – the emphasis was on that.
So in this Ecclesia, so much of what Pastor John and Sharon should be doing and are doing is to teach us and to bring instruction and, this Ecclesia, correction, correction. Now, this is very important for you and me to hear this this morning. Is Pastor John a messenger sent with a message? Yes, Lord. Pastor Sharon, are they just teaching? Can anyone do what Pastor John and Sharon are doing? Can anyone? Why not? Because it’s supposed to be anointed. This kind of teaching and instruction, teaching and bringing doctrine to you and me is supposed to be anointed. It cannot come out of men’s and women’s heads. It’s instruction and revelation by the sent one, by the fivefold. It’s not just man to man, but God to man. It’s anointed, and we have to see and understand that in our hearts today. So a wise man wants to hear, will hear, but a fool despises wisdom and instruction. Sometimes people wonder why their lives are in a mess. Let’s see what Proverbs 1 is telling us in The Passion Translation. While you are going there, Pastor John said; well, listen, you’re an adult, you’re perfect. It cannot be that you’re a fool in your heart because you’re so arrogant, so full of pride. It’s really never you. It’s always the people working with you. It’s never you.
So let’s see what Proverbs 1:29-31 in The Passion Translation is saying to you and me today. 29 Because you have turned up your nose at e, the King James says; because you are hating knowledge, 29 Because you have turned up your nose at me, and closed your eyes to the facts and refused to worship me (wisdom) in awe. 30 because you scoffed at my wise counsel and laughed at my correction. How can you scoff and do that? “Lord, I don’t care about the messages that are coming on a Sunday. I really just come, tick the box and then I go again.
Verse 31, 31 now you will eat the bitter fruit of your own ways. You’ve made your own bed; now lie in it! So how do you like that? God is asking. How do you like that? Verse 32, 32 Like an idiot you’ve turned away from me, says wisdom, and chosen destruction instead. Your self-satisfied smugness will kill you.
Look at verse 33; 33 But the one who always listens to me will live undisturbed in a heavenly peace. Free from fear, confident and courageous, you will rest unafraid and sheltered from the storms of life.” (Proverbs 1:29-31 TPT). Storms of life.
Let’s look at Matthew chapter seven, verse 24. Still in The Living Bible. I want you now, God is, Wisdom is talking to you and me about listening to Him, being wise, or acting like a fool; not listening. Then He brings in storms of life. Let’s read about the storms of life. Verse 24, 24 All who listen to my instructions and follow them, all who listen to Me and do the instructions are wise. How many times do the and will the instructions come to you and me? And then you don’t do it? If you do it, you will be wise. 24 … like a man who builds his house on solid rock. Do you agree with me, what’s happening in this passage of Scripture? He’s talking about the one that’s receiving instruction, actually doing it and he brought wisdom into that matter.
The Lord said to me, “Christi, you’ve got to make this point today. You do not only read about wisdom in Proverbs. It’s in the whole Bible. 24 … like a man who builds his house on solid rock. 25 Though the rain comes in torrents, and the floods rise and the storm winds beat against his house, it won’t collapse, for it is built on rock (Matthew 7:24-25 TLB). Verse 26, 26 But those who hear My instructions, they will never say they did not hear God’s instructions. They did not know where God told them you should be planted. God will say, “You did not come on that Sunday to hear that message. But I brought the instruction.” You will not say, “I did not know.” 26 But those who hear My instructions and ignore them are foolish, like a man who builds his house on sand. 27 For when the rains and floods come, and storm winds beat against his house, it will fall with a mighty crash. 28 The crowds were amazed at Jesus’ teachings (Matthew 7:26-28 TLB). Again, I want you to see the difference between the wise man and the fool. Both of them, and this is very big for us that’s coming to the Lord. Both are actually hearing. The rains come, the floods come, the winds blow. And this first man who wanted to hear and obey, his house did not collapse. It’s talking about a life and an assignment that will not fail or fall.
Your assignment will not fail because your heart is open to hear from the Lord. You do not want to hear from the Lord, it’s going to be a mighty crash. That’s what we see in verse 26. So I just want you to see verse 24 again in The Living Bible. And thank you, they will put it up. Now, this passage of scripture, many people think it’s about building on Jesus the Rock. Well, that is the bigger part of what’s going on here. But this passage is about doing what it tells you to do. How can you build on Jesus the Rock? Because people don’t talk about that. He says it’s those that hear My instruction and then do it. It’s not just building on Jesus the Rock. It’s hearing the instruction and then you do it. This is very important. Failing to do what God is telling you and me, message after message, means that you are not safe. You are not safe. That’s what the Bible says. Your life can collapse and crash. It may not appear for some time because currently, the weather is good. “Look, I’m ok.
“Look, I’m ok. I don’t have to listen to You. Look, I’m actually doing very good all by myself.” The problems are not going to show up till the storms hit. And how many times, I can tell you today, I can tell you today, God showed me these things many, many years ago and that’s why He led me and how He taught me when Pastor John is ministering on wisdom. I had to repent from being a fool. Many years ago and still every now and then, I have to repent from being a fool.
Look at Deuteronomy 32, verse 29. This is just God’s heart. The Perfect Continuous State of Wisdom. Deuteronomy 32, verse 29, 29 Oh, that they were wise! Oh, that they could understand! Oh, that they would know what they are getting into! (Deuteronomy 32:29 TLB). Lord, we are hearing You this morning. 29 Oh, that they were wise because Wisdom is crying out. We are crossing over. We will always walk with Wisdom. Oh, that we can understand! Oh, that they would know what they are getting into! (Deuteronomy 32:29 TLB).
Now, there are many things, but I want to show you one or two things that the Lord had to help me personally, very personally. I want to show you some things about a fool. Please go to Romans 1, verse 20. And it’s my prayer today, in agreement with you, that you will check your heart. This is not for you, like I’ve said, to check someone else’s heart because then you are a fool. He’s talking to me and He’s talking to you. Romans 1:20 in the New King James, 20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that all of us and of course those who are not believing, but it includes us in this scripture, are without excuse, 21 because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, they were not thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened (Romans 1:20-21 NKJV).
Are we talking about fools here today? God is showing us our own hearts. A fool, according to God’s Word, is ungrateful. They do not appreciate what God is giving them or instructing them to do. Because they are ungrateful, their hearts, their thinking is darkened. You remember the axe last week? You become dull. You cannot see. You just cannot see. You are a self-confident fool. Most believers do not appreciate the opportunities God is giving them. “Why must I be in Witbank? Why must I be planted in Heritage or Faith? Why must I work with these people? Why must I deal with these things?” Wisdom and instruction is coming to us today. And it’s very important that you want to say, “Lord, I am grateful that You planted me. I am grateful for the opportunities that You are bringing me. I cry back to Wisdom that I can get out of my own darkness and begin to understand that there are things that God knows and I do not. I do not.” This is one of the things,I can truly say this to you. When I talk to people, this is one of the things I see the most – no gratefulness. They’re moaning, they’re groaning, no gratefulness for God, for what God is actually doing for them. “What do I have to be grateful for? I live in this dump. I have no money.” You are becoming so dull and stupid if you think God is not loving you, He does not have a plan for you. Has God ever done anything for you, helped you, blessed you, provided for you or paid your bills? Yes, Lord. If you are not grateful, it means you cannot see it, then you are a fool. You are a fool. I see people complain all the time. “Lord, these people, like I’ve said to you, that You gave me to work with, they’re no good. I will not take it. I will not go there anymore. I will walk away.” That is abortion.
Pastor John ministered by the Holy Spirit. Why are you putting your tekkies on and going if God did not tell you to go? Because you know better, because touchiness can be in my heart and in your heart, because we are ungrateful in the first place of how God is leading us, where He is bringing us, what He is giving us.
This is an abortion, if you do this in your heart of the Promised Land. You fail to see the messy to the marvellous. There’s an enemy walking around in this fallen world. It’s messy to marvellous. Instead, what are we supposed to do? Pastor John and Pastor Sharon went there and they will go there again and again. Wisdom is crying out. You must cry out and say, “Lord, You know all things. I’m not perfect. I’m going to grow. You will show, Lord, and I, I will learn with wisdom and faith, all Your help to grow in this place, to understand this messy, is going to marvellous.” That is a different outlook.
Proverbs, the third chapter. Because what will a fool do? A fool will quit. It’s foolish to quit. You do not know what God knows. He brought you here. He placed you in certain situations. Yes, there’s messy around all of us, but keep walking with Him. He wants to instruct you, lead you in that the growing in your assignment and your part. Look what Proverbs, the third chapter, verse 13 says, New King James. 13 Happy is the man who finds wisdom. (Proverbs 3:13 NKJV).
Now, guys, Pastor Sharon went there as well. Does your Bible say, “Sad is the man who finds wisdom?” 13 Happy is the man who finds wisdom, And the man who gains understanding (Proverbs 3:13 NKJV). The darkness of a fool’s heart can be seen on his face, on his long face. Happy is the man who finds wisdom. Oh, but you are so depressed. And day out and day in, people can see on your long face. That’s not what you want to say. What you are already doing is you want to tell people you are serious. “No, I’m a serious person.” No, you are a fool. Your ungratefulness in your heart has trained you and you’re already in a habit. Not like Pastor Sharon said, do you remember when Pastor Sharon shared with us, you have to humble yourself if you want to walk in the joy of the Lord all the time? Pray in the joy of the Lord. “Lord, I actually believe You, that You have the answer for me. I come to pray.” [Praying in tongues sadly] Ellende (Sorrow). No, it takes you to humble yourself to say, “Lord, I’m actually coming to ask You for the answer. I believe You are giving me wisdom.” So faith because I humble myself, there is a smile on my dial. When I pray, [Praying in tongues] Lord, I can see what’s going on in the nation but I believe You, You’ve got us because we pray. You put the right people in their places and You remove kings. [Praying in tongues cheerfully] You will see the smile on someone’s face if there is gratefulness, if there is faith in that heart. If you are sitting here today and you have already labelled yourself like Pastor John said, very reserved, and you are serious. The Word of God says, “Your heart is darkened.” Happy is the man not sad, and the Bible did not say serious. Why did He say to Cain? “Cain, why the long face? Because sin is crouching at your door, at your heart and you can master it.” It’s a choice that we’ve got to make.
I would like to end today with wisdom, instruction and correction and Ecclesia economics. You remember when Pastor John, well actually Pastor Sharon shared with us a couple of times at Prayer Connect. Pastor John said this, “If we are not,” – and now we’re talking about money, we talking about Ecclesia economics. “If we’re not going to get this, we’re not going to make it. We’re not going to make it.” So Pastor John shared with us in Morning Moments, he believes that the very thing that we need more of in the days to come in the months to come and in the years to come is wisdom, is wisdom.
So I want to show you a few things here this morning in closing. What I’m going to share here with you is the very beginning and what I just in my own way call the very basics and understanding of economics, Ecclesia economics. You see if you do not understand that the Holy Spirit, the Continuous Perfect State of Love, the Continuous Perfect State of Wisdom is crying out to you and me and you want to do business and handle finances still the old way, God says, “Leave the old things behind. Crossover with Me,” says Wisdom. Why? Proverbs, chapter 3, this time verses 13 to 16. 13 Happy, not serious or sad is the man who finds wisdom, And the man who gains understanding; 14 For Wisdom her proceeds are better than the profits of silver, And her gain than fine gold. 15 She is more precious than rubies, listen to this. And all the things you may desire, I desire many things. There’s no doubt that you are sitting there and you desire many things. And all the things you may desire cannot compare with Wisdom. God is really trying to get us to listen. Listen to verse 16, 16 Length of days is in Wisdom’s right hand, In Wisdom’s left hand riches and honor (Proverbs 3:13-16 NKJV).
Can I ask you today, can you trust the Word of God? Can you trust the Word of God? Now, remember what I’ve shared with you the last time. There are things that only Wisdom can do for you and me. Verse 16 says, 16 Length of days is in Wisdom’s right hand, In Wisdom’s left hand riches and honor (Proverbs 3:13-16 NKJV) Wisdom has company that travels with Wisdom. It’s a package deal. Not because you are fanciful in your understanding of riches. Does your Bible say that long life is in the right hand of Wisdom and riches in the left hand of Wisdom? Yes. Yes. You get wisdom and then you’re going to get some other things that’s coming with wisdom. Is this the truth today?
We know about Solomon. All of us know about Solomon. Is this really true what the Bible says? We know that Solomon on purpose did not ask God for money. He did not. He asked God for wisdom. Two Chronicles chapter one, verse 11, 11 Then God responded to Solomon: “Because this was in your heart, not money, not your own thoughts, this was in your heart, Solomon, and you have not asked riches or wealth or honor or the life of your enemies, nor have you asked long life—but have asked wisdom (2 Chronicles 1:11 NKJV). We know that’s a true account of the Bible. Why then is Solomon one of the richest people ever lived? Because it’s a package deal. You receive the wisdom of God in His right hand, God gives you long life, in His left hand, riches will come. It’s a package deal. The basics of God’s economy is the Perfect Continuous State of Wisdom. He knows. He’s crying out. He wants to know this time if we’re going to listen to Him or to come with your worldly knowledge, the way you already operated in the world system. Lord, it’s a package deal.
Proverbs eight, verse 12, 12 I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge, Old King James. 12 I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions (Proverbs 8:12 KJV.) A wise man wants to learn. And this is a very important phrase. You can discern a fool and a wise man very quickly. A wise man appreciates revelation and instruction. A fool despises it, because a fool thinks he or she knows everything. Especially when you’ve been on the job, this is the way the Lord gave it to me. Especially when you are on the job for longer than 10 years now. Young people do this as well. They just start to learn something, and now all of a sudden they are the expert. Oh, yeah. And listen to this. A foolish adamant that they know everything when there is no reason why they should know. They only started. They only started. They’re not there yet. There’s no reason for them to be the know-it-all. They just started to learn something, but now they know. “Don’t tell me anymore. I know.” It is as bad as the fool that’s saying, “You cannot teach me anything after being on the job 20 years and longer.” That’s the same thing.
Look what 1 Corinthians 8 verse 1 to 3 is saying to you and me today. 1 Now concerning things offered to idols: We know that we all have knowledge. Knowledge puffs up, but love edifies. Verse two, 2 And if anyone thinks that he knows anything and we know some, he knows nothing yet as he ought to know (1 Corinthians 8:1-2 NKJV). Do you? Do I think I know everything? But sometimes we live like that. No, only the Continuous Perfect State of Wisdom and love and grace knows exactly what’s going on. Yes, we have knowledge. We all know stuff, but not yet as we ought to know. Wisdom is crying, “I have witty inventions.” (Proverbs 8:12 KJV). Wisdom is asking all of us in Heritage of Faith, “Do you know everything?” God says, “Can I give you some of the things that I know that Witbank needs, Joburg needs, the Nation needs.” One invention, if we really want to answer Wisdom and say, “Here we are, Lord.” One invention can change everything. God says, He already told us in that profound word that is still shaping our lives, the 2010 word, He says to this Ecclesia, “You should be the ones having the solutions and answers. You should be the one intertwined with Me, the Continuous Perfect State of Wisdom. I want to show you witty inventions.” We say, “Yes, Lord.”
Proverbs 8 verse 17, Amplified, Wisdom says, 17 I love those who love me, and those who seek me early and diligently shall find me. Verse 18, again, saying the same thing as what we read, 18 Riches and honor are with me, says wisdom, not in a different place. It’s with wisdom, 18 Riches and honor are with me, enduring wealth. 17 I love those, verse 17, that love me, and those who seek me early (Proverbs 8:17 AMPC). Would you like to get your wisdom four o’clock in the afternoon? And your day is nearly over. Seek Me early. Seek Me early. How many times did Pastor Sharon, and she will not stop helping us; early in the morning I come to be intertwined. I cry out. Here I am, Continuous Perfect State of Wisdom. I come to communicate with a living divine Being. Old things, we must leave old things behind. Also, verse 18 says, 18 … enduring wealth (Proverbs 8:18 AMPC). I hope your ear is hearing this because my ear is hearing this. When verse 18 talks about enduring wealth, it’s not a flash in the pan riches. It’s not, “I had one good month,” riches. Enduring wealth means you will have it this year, next year and the next year to come, and the next year to come. Like the Lord minister to us from the beginning of the year till the end of the year. Enduring wealth. Do you think God is talking to us to get wisdom? Oh, yes. Where did we start way in the beginning? And once again, here I’m standing, there you are sitting, you can go home and do it or not do it. I can go home doing it or not doing it. We started by God that said, “Get wisdom.” Get wisdom.
I’m ending with this back to what happened to Pastor John in that specific business deal. Did Pastor John’s parents get wisdom for him? No. The colleagues that worked with Pastor John, did they go and pray to get Pastor John the wisdom? No. Pastor John had to go to the Continuous Perfect State of Wisdom and say, “Lord, can anything in this matter be redeemed?” And the Continuous Perfect State of Wisdom said to Pastor John, “Yes, do this.” Wisdom is never, what if. When you speak to Wisdom, it’s always, do this. It’s glorious.
Proverbs, eight, verse 21, Old King James, 2 that I may cause those that love Me (Proverbs 8:21 KJV), says the Perfect Continuous State of Wisdom. If you love Me, can we hear that invitation today again? Can I tell you straight today, if you inspect your heart like I have to inspect my heart, there’s one thing that must happen here, repentance. I don’t know about you, but I know about me. I went there, like I said, many, many times. But do you hear the invitation of love? The Continuous Perfect State of Love and Wisdom says, “I’m crying out, will you cry out?” You know, if I’m standing here and Stef is sitting over there and I say, “Stef.” I’m crying out to say hello to her. And Stef is hearing me and she says, “Christi, here I am.” What’s going to happen to the two of us? We’re going to meet. We’re going to get together. There is an invitation where God says, “Be intertwined. Come to Me early in the morning.” Maybe you’ve never done that in your life. It’s not only because we’re crossing over. This is the way a believer should live. But we have to make a choice today. Proverbs eight verse 21, Old King James, 21 That I may cause those that love me that love Me to inherit substance; and I will fill their treasures (Proverbs 8:21 KJV) To inherit stuff.
Now, don’t you go and pray and say, “Lord, well, I’m so poor, but I thank You for all the spiritual blessings.” Don’t you do that because then you have to go back and get better doctrine and understanding – doctrine, instruction, correction and reproof. Because I want to ask you today, go back and ask Pastor John, “Pastor John, when you asked the Lord for wisdom, did you only get more spiritual things?” You have to ask him. “No, Pastor John got riches and honour.” Everyone in the company knew Pastor John was the man. And go and ask Pastor John if his bank account changed?
This is the basics of Ecclesia economics, as if you and me are going to figure out how finances and everything about that must work. Who knows? Who knows what you and I do not know? The Continuous Perfect State of Wisdom and love and grace, the enablement. We finish with this prayer in Isaiah 11, verses one to three in the Amplified. It’s talking about Jesus, but we are in Christ Jesus. Verse two. And the Continuous Perfect State Lord, this is what we say right now. You’ve got a choice if you want to pray this with me. Father, You, Jesus and the Holy Spirit who are the Continuous Perfect State of Wisdom is resting upon me. The Continuous Perfect State of Understanding, the Continuous Perfect State of Counsel, the Continuous Perfect State of Might is resting upon you and me. Lord, and the Continuous Perfect State of the ongoing – we sang it this morning. We will have the fear of the Lord, it’s not to be afraid from the Lord. It’s to respect Him. It’s to come in awe to Him because He is the almighty, loving, faithful One crying out to us (Prayer according to Isaiah 11:2 AMPC).
Verse three, Lord, we want to say thank You today, not by feelings. This is not a whip this morning. This is the light of God that had to shine in my heart. This is instruction that’s coming. We are not touchy this morning, “This is a hard message.” No, it’s not.” No, it’s correction. It is reproof. And we have to repent. And we have a choice to answer the Lord. Why? Because verse three says, 3 And the Continuous Perfect State of God, Him wisdom, His love, is making you and me of quick understanding by faith, not by feelings (Isaiah 11:3 AMPC). And we all choose – if you choose in your heart, we all say, Amen. Thank You, Lord.
We’re going to take up an offering right now. And I know as the Word of God comes, as we are planting the Word in our lives, confessing the Word of God, receiving message after message. I know I’m sowing my seed with faith and confidence to go. I’ve said to the Lord when Pastor John started to bring that message, I personally said, I cried out already then to the Continuous Perfect State of Wisdom. I said, “Lord, show me, teach me Ecclesia economics. You already showed me and you so many things about finances and the ways of God about money and finances. But now highest levels attainable. Teach me, Lord. Train me.”
That Word, the holy Word of God that’s able to make me wise, to make you wise, to train us in righteousness. We are crying out to the Lord and we are sowing our seed with great faith this morning. Thank you, ushers. Hallelujah. Praise the Lord.
While we are taking up the offering, there is no Message Moments this afternoon. Have a blessed time. I hope a lunch, some fellowship around Mother’s Day. Have a blessed time as a family with friends, with loved ones. Enjoy this afternoon. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
Our response is with great faith, Lord, at Your Word. Now, faith is the substance of things. Not a sadness, not depression, not to look at yourself. No, no, no, no. We are in Christ Jesus. God says, “If I’ve got to correct you, why would you be sad? Stop being touchy.” Yes, Lord, Thank You, Lord. I am well able. Your Word is living and active. Your Word is working in our hearts. It’s piercing and penetrating those dark places, those touchy places. We say, with faith and great expectation, no more, Lord. We’re growing. We’re growing.
Thank you so much. Thank you, ushers, for all of your wonderful help all the time – before church is starting, when they take up an offering … let’s pray over that offering today. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Precious seed. Precious seed. Thank you, Sally. Will you all stretch out your hands?
Father, this is our precious seed. In the name of Jesus, we say; You have planted us here. It’s our wealthy and laughing place. You say in Genesis 26, You’ve planted us here, we did not run away to another place. Now, Lord, You make room for us to flourish here. Lord, Your Word says, this is the truth, we are waxing great. We are waxing great, in the name of Jesus. We are gaining more and more. We are going forward. We are advancing until we become very wealthy and distinguished, does Your Word say. We believe it, we receive it and we all say, Amen. Thank you, Sally.
I bless you in the mighty name of Jesus. The Word of God and the blood of Jesus Christ is over us. No weapon, no weapon formed against us shall prosper, in the mighty name of Jesus. You are blessed, blessed, blessed, blessed, blessed. That means; empowered to prosper – spirit, soul, body, relationships and finances. And we all say, Amen.
Have a wonderful Mother’s Day and a day of fellowship. Enjoy your afternoon. Bye-bye, everyone.
