Scripture references: Genesis 1:27-28 (KJV); Hebrews 11:3; (KJV); Ephesians 6:19; Romans 10:14-17 (NLT)
Salvation: Romans 1:16-17(KJV)(AMP), My righteousness springs from faith, and leads to more faith. The Gospel is the power of God for salvation – the goodness of God running over me, after me 24/7 because I have faith. How great for this Gentile is the goodness of God – your gospel. Christ in me is the hope, my expectation of experiencing the glory of God in me and for me because I was once without a covenant but now I’m part of that covenant. Colossians 1:27; Ephesians 2: 11-13 (AMP).
Where does my faith come from?: My faith comes from Jesus. I have the faith of Jesus. Galatians 2:20 (KJV), My faith may not be full-grown yet like Jesus but I’m developing and I have exceeding growing faith. As I hear, speak and believe the Word of God my faith is growing, maturing and developing all the time. My faith is active, it’s manifesting – the life that I now live in the flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God. Mark 11:22, Romans 12:3 God has dealt to me the measure of faith. I have the faith of God that is full measure. I was created in the image of God because He is Faith, I have faith. I can “faith it” just like God.
What is faith?: Faith is the ability – I have the ability to believe God’s Word, about everything, all the time, all the days of my life. I have that kind of faith, (whether I activate it or not). I choose to live by the faith that has been given to me. Faith is the confidence that what I hope for will actually happen. My faith, when I activate it, is ready and alive by the Word of God. Faith is that substance that assures me of things I expect and convinces me of the existence of things I cannot see.
So what do I have faith for?: I have faith to live my whole life every day by faith, from faith to faith. My faith is in the Gospel, in all the good news that I hear preached all the time from Scripture. Every time I come to Church, I hear the good news, my faith is in the good news, I believe it’s tidings of great joy and goodness for me. I have abundant harvest off God’s Word all the time. The reaper overtakes the sower. My life continuously has fruit off, of God’s Word in every area of my life. I don’t ever let any of my circumstances be anything but an opportunity for me to manifest the Christ-life in me with my faith in the Gospel, in any and every circumstance.
What is the Gospel: Galatians 3:7-9 (NKJ), Hebrews 4:2 (AMPC), The Gospel is the good news of deliverance from bondage – any, every, all bondage, every twisted way, every carnal, natural way. God redeemed everything through Jesus Christ. I hear the good news, by hearing a message. The message I hear benefits me because it is mixed with faith, I hear and believe (Romans 1:15).
Pray for Ps John: Pastor John preaches the Gospel this very day and I pray Ephesians 6:19 for him – that utterance may be given to him, that he may open his mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the Gospel.
Legacy: I am eternally grateful for Pastor John and Pastor Sharon that have brought the Word of Faith to me. This is where my legacy began. I can take God at His Word, I can live by faith in every area of my life. Pastor John and Pastor Sharon bring me beautiful messages from Heaven and how beautiful are their feet always through eternity to me.
I endure: My faith that I already have comes by hearing the Good News about Christ. My faith will be tested and tried. God is not testing it. James 1:2-8 (MSG), James 1:3-4 (AMPC), satan comes immediately to attempt to steal the gospel that has come to me. In my believing, I’m enduring so that I can have the receiving. If I never endure, I won’t have the receiving. I see my faith through to the end. Like Abraham, I stabilise and steady myself in the Words that God has spoken to me. I grow strong in faith as I continued to give praise and glory to God. I get to a point of no return, where I’m so full of faith that I don’t care whether it comes or not, I’ll die believing, a place that I know, that I know, that I know and time is of no essence anymore – this is when my endurance has had full play and has done a thorough work.
Ask for Wisdom: While my faith is being tempted and tested and it looks like it’s not coming and it’s not working I ask You, Lord, to give me wisdom. I’m deficient in wisdom here. I’m not sure how to handle this because it hasn’t come yet in its fullness. I ask in faith with no wavering, no hesitating and no doubting. You giving me wisdom liberally. Faith is now and You help me in my trial right now and You don’t find fault with me. I don’t go around fishing for faults, “Why is my faith not working” and finding fault with myself if I do that I’m out of line. I mustn’t do what God doesn’t do. God wants me out of this problem, delivered from it, growing into the fullness of the manifestation of my faith. You’re not finding fault with me. I ask You for wisdom, believing and I’m not leaving my options open.
Loving my spouse: I can only love my husband/wife as much as I’m loving Jesus, otherwise its soul love – something of convenience. I’m pressing into my intimacy with Jesus, with the Father and into the Word because that is the level of life that I can bring to my spouse. This is the agape love that’s growing and developing in me.
Obedient – I can: Romans 6:17 (AMPC) – Father, You’ve given me the capacity to hear and obey with all my heart, the standard of teaching that is being taught here in this house. I can, I will and I do. “If I know the truth and I don’t, it’s because I won’t, not because I can’t” – that’s not mixing faith with this good news. It is not okay for me to doubt and be in unbelief in what God says through Pastor John to me. Psalm 40:6 (AMP), I can put the Word in my heart immediately and it can have the same impact that it is having in Pastor Sharon’s life who has been doing it for many, many years. It is the 5 o’ clock principle because God is so kind.
Debt free: I will not borrow, with all the confidence I say, “I’m debt-free through the miracle-working power of Jesus. Thank you, Father, that You are helping me to get debt-free. Father, because I shall lend but I shall not borrow. You’re helping me here, Lord. You’re giving me wisdom. I’m tapping in, I’m tapping supreme intelligence here.”
Serve the Lord: I bless myself with Deuteronomy 28:1-14. I’m put these words in my heart. Deut 28:47 is my positive confession – “I serve You Lord with joyfulness of mind and heart, in gratitude for the abundance of all with which You have blessed me”.
Activated: This Word has activated me to a level of obedience I didn’t think possible and I’m going to become now what I always knew I could be. The Word causes faith to come to me. I’m activated in the ‘I can’. One message a week – I put the Word, the Scriptures that the Pastors are bringing and the key sayings in my mouth and in my heart. I only experience it on the other side of obedience. I don’t reason it out before I do it. I say it, sow it and grow it and flow with it. God’s in a hurry for me to transform by His Word and this is the tool He’s given to me to do that. You’ve given me a way to stay in peak spiritual condition.
