MESSAGE HIGHLIGHT:

Beloved Part 7 Repentance – Ps Sharon Bendixen (WTB)

What is governing your life?

Revolution has everything to do with coming out of darkness.

Revolution: a total, radical, profound, fundamental change in one’s way of living and the way you’re governed. It is the overthrow and renunciation of one government and substitution of another. A drastic and far-reaching change in ways of thinking, behaving and visualising. A transformation and a shift.

Wrench: to twist, pull, remove something from that which it is attached.

Wrest: twist, bend, turn, distort, make fit, twist from its proper meaning, to pervert; to take power and control from someone with considerable effort.

To switch from the chase that the world institutions have taught you to the seek Him first will require a revolution within you. It is possible with God to bring about an axial orbital turn in your way of thinking and your way of living. It requires a heart-wrenching experience and encounter with God’s Word by the Holy Spirit.  It is going to take a wrestling with God personally like Jacob had. This cannot happen if you are not having intimate, drawing near to Him, times with God. There can be no revolution without repentance, because repentance is the revolution. This is the turnaround of the spirit of your mind and of your heart. It is not a foot in both, you cannot serve both. How you cannot have anything in common with Satan and the world he is the god of?

God is bringing about a revolution in this church. There is a price that has been paid and a press that’s been made for this revolution – and the spiritual leader of this Ecclesia has qualified. God is bringing it about with enough people who will hear and obey and, by the mighty resurrection work of God in them, they will go to God to wrestle for the wrenching by the Words of God that comes to this congregation – to experience a transformation and the blessing of identity change.

Those not wrestling with God for identity change will wrest His word (2 Peter 3:16 KJ21). You wrest God’s word when you make it fit in with your culture and own thinking, when you distort it with your will, fit it into your own interests, views, opinions, philosophies or ideologies. You continue your chase in this world, wresting God’s Words. God’s revelations is for His redemptive purposes, they are not intended to be wrested with. They are intended to bring about in each one in His assembly a powerful personal revolution.

When God’s Word is discarded you have no right to take His covenant pledge on your lips and recite them (Psalm 50:16-17). When you wrest God’s word you usurp the authority of His word in your life, rendering God powerless to deliver and bring you out of darkness. You have no legal right when you do that, because God’s Word gives you a legal right. You are defenceless because God’s Words are your only defence.

Receive

God is a straightforward talker (Isaiah 45:19 AMPC). God’s Word is Truth and is not to be whitewashed or discarded. No prophecy or scripture is a matter of any personal or private or special interpretation or to be given own loosening and solving (2 Peter 1:20-21 AMPC).

The Lord said, “My Word is not a lucky dip”.

How to receive God’s Word:

Tremble at His Word (Isaiah 66:5 AMPC)

Welcome, implant and root it in your heart. Be faithful to it and persevere looking into it (James 1:21,25 AMPC)

Welcome it not as the word of mere men but the Word of God which is effectually at work in you. Receive, adhere to, trust in and rely on the Word (1 Tess 2:13 AMPC)

Let it have its home in your heart and mind and dwell in you in all its richness (Colossians 3:16 AMPC)

Great Divide

If you are in this House and of the messages, and the instruction of God is part of you, it is impossible to ever leave it. You would have to turn your back. (1 John 2:18-19 NKJV).

There are people that God calls, who choose not to pursue Him and rather live their lives in the way they choose to live their lives. They will be exposed and seen as not on the same level of consecration and separation and committing of self to God.

In this church a Great Divide is coming. The two messages that God heralded the New Era of this church (October 2020) were: I will take the children and What is your more for. God is requiring a response because He is deeply personal and relational. If this is not in your heart, a personal repentance is required. Repentance is something that you want – you want to change.

It will be clearly seen who is qualifying and who is not. Divisions and fractions will be among us and the genuine and those approved spiritually fit will become evident and plainly recognisable (1 Corinthians 11:18-19 AMPC; Luke 12:51-53 AMPC). This is about choice – not performance. How will the division come? The sharp two-edged sword of the Word will cut and divide between soul and spirit. The blood bought family, the true hearts going all in with God, doing the will of the Father, will be divided, so that it can clearly be seen what is of God and what is not.

Resistance

Where is your relationship with God regarding your children and your money?  People that have not made progress from those big rock moments in the church (I will take the children & What is your more for) are not progressing with any other messages either.

There are still people that are resisting the messages that are coming in this church, because they wrest with the words – that is how they resist it. But there is enough now that are not. That is where the divide is coming.

Repentance

Revelation 2:5 NKJV; Revelation 2:16 NKJV; Acts 3:19 WNT

Repentance brings revival. You are revived from the inside out. Everything happens inside of you; you come alive, you wake up and you experience the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in you.

To repent with all the messages – is to judge yourself (Acts 3:19 AMPC). Carnality, disobedience, discarding of God’s Word affects everybody in the church (Hebrews 12:15-16 NKJV).

Access to this birth right of legacy transfer is available to anybody, but few have positioned themselves for it. Pastor John has positioned himself of it and it is coming to us now.

We are becoming by the Words of the messages.

Esau’s repentance was not real (Hebrews 12:16-17 NKJV). Feelings of remorse have no value.

God’s definitive revelation demands final unconditional decision on your part. It demands radical conversion, a transformation of nature, a turning from evil. It is a resolute turning to God in total obedience. Repentance is a proclamation of unconditional turning to God and unconditional turning from all that is against God. It calls for total surrender and total commitment to the will of God. Repentance is to be like a child, to be little and to need help, to be receptive to it. Repentance is at the same time God’s gift and a binding requirement.

Say, May the fear of God come upon me and rest in my heart. Lord, give me a new desire in my heart to turn around and change and want to repent. Persuade me by Your Holy Spirit that I can tap into God’s grace to be able to repent. This message rings out into eternity, it is lodged in the Spirit. Holy Spirit, help me be accountable and to respond to this message. I am blessed with the mercy of God to be able to repent.
