God has woven His message into a thread and a pattern of what He wants to tell us. And it’s the most beautiful thing that you can’t see the end, but you’re just obedient step by step.
Don’t ever become lazy, don’t think that you’ve got it all set. Press into the things that God has for us. We were created to fully experience the glory of God- the fourth dimension. Living in the fourth dimension of God gives you dominion over the third dimensional realm.
You can’t live in the same space as God and have your own will. This is exalting yourself. Satan got cast out of heaven because he wanted to exalt his throne above God’s. The glory of God was removed from him because of this.
If you give more credibility to your own voice or other voices than God’s, you lose your glory. You lose your dominion. You give up your authority through your own words.
Whatever deception you choose to live your life by, that deception will rule you because that is the thing that becomes the authority in your life, not God’s authority.
There is a part missing in our lives and that part that is missing is the glory of God that is on us. Mankind is working so hard to get that covering. What the devil has successfully engaged all of humanity in is; work as hard as you can to get your glory restored on the outside. And if he can get you to focus on the glory restored on the outside, then you are not going to pay attention to the glory that is on the inside.
But Jesus came to restore you on the inside, and so that is why the church must minister how to restore you, redeem you, and bring you back to a place of glory on the inside. God is saying, “If you seek Me first and My Kingdom and My righteousness and My way of doing things, you will not have to work for that stuff. I will restore it to you because the inside glory will bring the outside glory that you don’t have to work for.”
Our work is not to restore our glory. Our work is to give God the glory, then He restores the outward glory. The glory that is developed on the inside of you is eternal.
Satan wants everyone to worship him. We can’t ignore demon spirits or think our values will protect us from them. It is not enough. We need God-words, God-life inside us to resist the things that the devil wants.
Satan will distract you with things that society deems acceptable and in the meantime he is robbing you blind. He’s robbing you of your future. He’s robbing you of relationships. He’s robbing you of everything. He’s destroying everything. You don’t even know that he’s doing it. Of course, he’s not going to tell you.
Where we’re going and what God’s got for us, He wants us to be fully aware of things that came into the early churches and they were so subtle.
There is only one body of people in the earth- there is only one group of people that is preventing the earth from being completely dominated by the sin nature of man, and everything that the enemy is using through the sin nature of man, through the souls of men, through the lust of the flesh of men, the sinful nature of men- there’s only one group of people that can do anything about it on the earth- it’s Christians. God protects and takes care of His children.
Different spirits are at work all the time, on the earth, because they have a right to work here. Society will become hostile to the church because they want us to nod to their idols.
Principalities and powers, rulers of darkness, wickedness in high places, these things are always going to be around us, always seeking our affection, always seeking our attention, wanting our money, wanting our words, wanting our affections, wanting our thought life, wanting our time and our energy and everything. They want it so that we don’t get onto the real life of God and be what God wants us to be.
We have to be spiritually hungry and quick to repent. Have a willingness to repent. Receptive to the power of God and the gifts of the Holy Spirit. We must always just watch ourselves that we have that fire, that we have that passion that burns for God.
Say: I am going to sit and listen to what God’s got to say, and I am going to praise Him, and worship Him, and give thanks to Him, and I am going to be serious about my walk with God, and I am not going to let other things interfere with our walk with God.
Compromise leads to a weak Christianity without power and without conviction. God wants us to come up higher and stay steady and strong. We can’t afford to go back and start compromising with the world again. Those victories that we’ve already won, we got to keep winning those victories. We can’t let those victories just die. Grace gives us the power to get rid of anything in our lives that is not for the glory of God.
