MiXchange is a time of a young adult’s life that they dedicate to figuring out what the Will of the Father is for their Life, and to encounter God. The time is not necessarily fixed to any given period. During that time they will become a part of the HOFMI A-Team, integrating into the team, and learning new hard and soft skills that they are generally not taught elsewhere. This includes spiritual growth, social and communication skills, and engaging with friends and life skill developers.
